Regional Meat Market Manager 

1.1 This management role will see you take overall accountability for all Meat Markets in the assigned region. This will entail:
• ensuring quality control and monitoring 
• regional stock and people management 
• ensuring hygiene and adherence to safety processes 
• ensuring overall well-run butcheries and implementing value-added promotions within the assigned region.

1.2 You will therefore need: .
• Senior Certificate
• knowledge of meat market hygiene and safety standards
• at least 5 years’ management experience, preferably in the meat industry, inclusive of butchery operational experience
• knowledge of meat cuts/products
• lR knowledge
• computer literacy • numeracy
• a valid driver’s licence.
