1.COUNSELOR 

1.1.Job Purpose 

Assists survivors of Gender Based Violence (GBV) in regaining control of their lives through counselling and other interventions that will improve their self confidence, psychological/emotional well being as well as restoring their dignity and self worth. 

1.2.Qualifications 

•Degree in Psychology, Social Work or counselling
•A minimum of 3 years experience practicing in any of the above fields
•Experience in project planning and management is an added advantage
•Driver's license
•Excellent professional conduct and an ability to handle confidential information.

REMUNERATION

KSWS offers a competitive salary and also contributes 50% to medical aid.
