CORPORATE SOLUTIONS BUSINESS PARTNER

3.1.Job Purpose

Reporting to the Corporate Solutions Manager, the incumbent will be expected to contribute towards the implementation of the Orange Business Services solutions and/or dysfunctions fixing, while respecting customer agreements and managing customer relationships at every step by building a corporate customer base and portfolio of services across fixed and mobile internet, value added services and mobile telephony. The successful candidate will also be required to work with Sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge, lead generation, customer requirement qualification, consultative selling, proposal preparation, customer project delivery assistance and provide continuous internal/external customer education and guidance on Orange data and voice products and services, as well as related technologies.

3.2.Qualifications and Experience

•Degree in Computer Science or similar technical background
•2 years experience in a large company within a role with a very high level of autonomy and technical skill set
•Experience in prospect/customer-facing roles involving professional services and or pre-sales

3.3.Skills

•Through understanding of IP networks and services (Internet based LAN/WAN, VoIP, Hosting Service (DNS, Email,Web hosting, 3G/EDGE,GPRS)
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work with multiple departments within an internal and customer organization
•Ability to build questions that uncover business needs.
