4.1.Job Purpose
Reporting to the Corporate Sales Manager, the incumbent will be tasked with contributing to the development of corporate sales turnover and managing actions to grow the current Orange Botswana portfolio allocated while also actively carrying out prospection for new business.
4.2.Responsibilities
•Insuring timely contract renewals to secure business
•Handling account management
•Drawing up proposals frequently to send out to various tenders
•Scheduling meetings with potential customers to pitch Orange Botswana products and services
•Invite companies which are not Orange Botswana clients to promotional Orange functions
•Dealing with customer requests/queries/concerns in a timely manner
•Organizing visit to the clients as often as possible
•informing and advising customers on their concerns regarding the life of their various contracts.

•Degree in Business Administration/Sales
•2 years Experience in a similar sales-driven environment

2.1.Job Purpose
Reporting to the Offers Team Leader, the incumbent will be tasked with carrying out sourcing of the latest devices for the Orange Botswana product portfolio, designing special offers for different market segments, proposing prices for devices and formulating retention strategies for different market segments.
2.2.Responsibilities
•Liasing with suppliers to source stock
•Ensuring stock availability to shops
•Reporting regularly on promotions (i.e all statitics - distribution, stocks, sales)
•Creative device - based offers to increase usage and loyalty
•Ensuring customers different needs in different communities are met by designing special and specific promotions
•Monitoring performance, quality , cost and efficiency of various devices in the market.
2.3.Qualifications & Experience
•Degree in Communication/Marketing
•3 years of experience in a communication environment
2.4.Skills
•High Proficiency in negotiation techniques
•Good knowledge of financial analysis
•Diligence and professionalism in all customer interactions

3.1.Job Purpose
Reporting to the Corporate Solutions Manager, the incumbent will be expected to contribute towards the implementation of the Orange Business Services solutions and/or dysfunctions fixing, while respecting customer agreements and managing customer relationships at every step by building a corporate customer base and portfolio of services across fixed and mobile internet, value added services and mobile telephony. The successful candidate will also be required to work with Sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge, lead generation, customer requirement qualification, consultative selling, proposal preparation, customer project delivery assistance and provide continuous internal/external customer education and guidance on Orange data and voice products and services, as well as related technologies.
3.2.Qualifications and Experience
•Degree in Computer Science or similar technical background
•2 years experience in a large company within a role with a very high level of autonomy and technical skill set
•Experience in prospect/customer-facing roles involving professional services and or pre-sales
3.3.Skills
•Through understanding of IP networks and services (Internet based LAN/WAN, VoIP, Hosting Service (DNS, Email,Web hosting, 3G/EDGE,GPRS)
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work with multiple departments within an internal and customer organization
