Sales Executives

Pinnacle Foods is in a growth mode and we're looking for strong salespersons. As part of our citywide expansion in Gaborone and greater Gaborone, we are seeking career minded Sales Executives to join our Sales Team.

We are a food production company with a full suite of our My Farmhouse Kitchens (MFK) Savoury and Sweet food products (www.myfarmhousecurrypuff.com) and retails its products directly to its customers through walk-about sales with the potential to grow into sales from outlet style bases countrywide.

They will be responsible for educating and enrolling new customers to our products via pre-set appointments, referral relationships and direct prospecting efforts.

Requirements:

- Must have sales experience and aptitude and a willingness to learn! The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability working with executive level stakeholders. The successful candidate must be able to articulate both the scrumptious sensory experience and the business value of our food products and position them in competitive scenarios directly with customers.

- A self-starter and is highly motivated. Must be performance driven with the ability to excel in a competitive and entrepreneurial environment.

- 2 years business-to-business sales experience or recent college graduates with related studies or experience.

- Similar sales experience in high contact/short sales cycle industries.

- Strong prospecting, networking and business development skills.

- Demonstrated record of achievement.

- PC and Internet literate.

- Team player with entrepreneurial spirit.

- Valid driver's license, reliable car and laptop an advantage.

Compensation includes:

- 1st Year Potential: 20,000 pula in commissions

- 2nd Year Potential: 50,000 pula in commissions

- 3rd Year Potential: Sales Executives earn over 80,000 pula per year with the potential to develop into your own business front with our products.
