1.SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (2 Positions)
1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To deliver a wide range of Performance Management, change initiatives and administrative services. To provide advice on the application of BURS. Performance and Rewards Management process and to advice on alignment of conditions of employment with changed operational systems having a bearing on HRM issues. To promote timely delivery of service and attention to critical productive labour force through a conductive work environment.
1.2.Key Performance Areas:
•Quality of advice and minimize grievances
•Maintenance of accurate records
•Timely delivery of services
•Customer service
1.3.Qualifications & Experience
•Recognized Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
•At least 2 years relevant post qualification experience with orientation towards Performance Management implementation.
1.4.Competencies
•Communications and Interpersonal relations
•Proactive and self driven
•Technical and Procedural awareness and attention to detail
1.5.Salary: BURS 06 (P146, 004 - P196, 188)
