3.1.Duties & Responsibilities
•Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional style
•Handle customer complaints and resolve the issues effectively.
•Maintain communication and interaction with customers
•Maintain reliability and confidence of company's policies and rules
•Provide high end quality service to both internal as well as outbound customers
3.2.Qualifications & Experience
•Excellent communication skills
•Possess basic computer skills
•Able to work under time constraints
•Mature and self starter
•Good communications skills, both oral and written
•Certificate in any related field
