2.QESH Officer
2.1.Key Responsibilities
• Administer factory’s occupational safety, health and environmental programmes
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and statutory requirements
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
• Lead in driving basic quality systems at factory
• Promote work in teams to meet QESH objectives
• Coaching and training of factory employees
2.2.Qualifications & Experience
• Be qualified with Occupational Health & Safety diploma or equivalent
• Alternatively have a technical background with safety management certificates
• Have 3 years experience in a similar role
• Be self motivated and able to make decisions
• Have good communication skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Exposure to ISO 9001 quality management system will give an added advantage
