1.1.Job Purpose
The Safety Officer is responsible for assisting in all safety oversight activities in the work place. He will also assist in the development of Engineering and Maintenance (MNT) Safety documentation and its revision. He/She will be also responsible for the implementation of the safety audit plan, promotion of safety awareness and conducting of company incidents/accidents.
1.2.Requirements
• A minimum of Diploma in Aeronautical engineering or equivalent and possession of Safety Management System training is required.
•Basic understanding and experience in aircraft maintenance will be an added advantage.
