1.1 Job Title: Site Coordinator - Global Paediatric Critical Core 
1.2 Position Type: full time
1.3 Position Location: Molepolole

1.4 Position purpose: 
To support the GPCC/SCL Programme Co-ordinotor as needed including: 
• Develop and maintain a high quality “Saving Children’s Lives” training program in Kweneng District 
• Develop effective and consistent logistics for GPCC Staff and International Faculty to participate in SCL in Kweneng
• Travel to both local and remote health focilities for “Saving Children’s Lives” & conduct data collection at sites
• Data entry and management for programme

1.5 Key performance areas include (but not limited) to the following:
• Recruit, Register and conduct pre and post course surveys of Healthcare Providers in Kweneng for Saving Children’s Lives
• Survey Healthcare Facilities in Kweneng for Saving Children’s Lives
• Develop & Coordinate DHMT-sponsored monthly training programs (Planning and Logistics with DHMT, MOH, Program Coordinator, Medical Director) and QI Prolects for DHMT and Saving Children’s Lives
• Communicate effectively with GPCC Program Coordinator, Fellow and Medical Director, Local Saving Children’s Lives Leadership, MoH and DHMT
• Flexible work schedule to allow for international travel and coordination of international training teams

1.6 Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in nursing from a recognized institution
Maintains driver’s license and a passport, ability to drive in rural areas safely

1.7 Experience: Experience working as a paediatric, A+E or outpatient clinic nurse would be an advantage but is not a requirement
