The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for all operational activities of FNB Botswana. Responsible for monitoring the daily operations of the company, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Responsible for the development, design operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver business products/services and to focus on operational improvement across all brands He/she is responsible for ensuring that all operations of the bank are in total conformance of the bank’s quality standards as well as in accordance with customer and the institution’s requirements.
