Job Summary

To safeguard products and assets by controlling movements of people and goods in the mining areas in accordance with relevant acts

Minimum Requirements

●Certificate in Security Management
●2 years security experience
●Drivers license

Key effective Areas

●Recommends and incorporates cost saving initiatives into budgets
●Participate in the control of sectional costs by optimising resource utilization in the area of work
●Controls personnel, vehicles and freight ingress and egress into the lease area through verifying authenticity of documents /identities prior to issuing of permits and access cards
●Operates the crane for the delivery of goods as required
●Complies with legislative and corporate Governance principles and requirements
●Adheres to safety, health and environment programme in area of responsibility
