TRAINEE: ADMIN & ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Job Summary
To carry out a wide range of administrative, clerical, bookkeeping and record maintenance activities. To assist with smooth operational function of the business.
Qualifications and Experience
AAT/Diploma in Accounting
At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in computerized accounting
A valid Driver’s license is required

Compliance with procedures and deadlines
Computer literate and proficient in computer applications and software preferably QuickBooks
Customer service
Duties & Responsibilities
Timely and accurate record keeping of all information, accounting and administrative
Assist with the administrative and clerical duties in accordance to the company process and regulations
Preparation and processing of monthly receivable and payable invoices
Preparation, processing and submission of monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns
Assist with the preparation of the financial reports
