On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for the following entry level position.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Duration: 6months
Job Brief
Working closely with the director, the assistant will provide Adminstrative support in a well-organized timely manner. The organization is a newly established entity and requires someone who is willing to learn, is energetic and has a positive outlook about life.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Undertake the task or receiving calls, take messages and making appointments for the director
• Organizing and attending meetings
• Manage social media sites for the organization
• Plans and coordinate events
• Managing the Directors diary
• Any other duties as may be desired

Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Adminstration Degree in communications, marketing or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Willingness to travel
• Having passion for the arts will be an added advantage
Reporting line
The position reports to the Founding Director
