HR OFFICER –INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS & PAYROLL
Main Purpose of the Job
To ensure that that company rules and regulations are adhered do while maintaining good relations between management and employees. Also, the HR Officer ensures effective and administration of Payroll.
Qualifications and Experience
Advanced University degree in human resources management, business or public administration, social sciences.
5 years’ work experience in the HR field.
HR OFFICER - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & STAFF DEVELOPMENT
Main Purpose of the Job
To coordinate the learning and professional development of the organization, and coordinate employees’ performance appraisals. The Officer will ensure ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within their organization.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or Public Administration or Social Sciences.
5 years’ work experience in the HR field.
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least three of the following modules at undergraduate level;
TEACHING & LEARNING TECHNOLOGIST (2)
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (1 POST)
BANKING AND FINANCE (2 POSTS)
