REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – TO PROVIDE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH FACILITIES

1.1. The Ministry of Health (MOH) invites interested, suitably qualified and experienced registered and domicile in Botswana service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EoI)to provide requisite Facilities Management Services to MOH facilities across the country including management of maintenance of facilities, repairs, minor and major works of Buildings, Civil Engineering works, Electrical, Electronics services, Mechanical, Structural defects and other external works.

Provide management services of soft services that include internal cleaning & hygiene, garden & land scaping, refuse collection and waste management, Laundry services and security.

1.2. Further details of the EoI, interested service providers can request for a hard copy from the office below between 07:30 and 16:30 hrs, Monday to Friday:

1.3. The closing date for submission of the EoI is 31 May 2016 at 10 00hrs at Ministry of Health Headquarters Office No: 4D9.

1.4. Theabove notwithstanding, MOH is not bound to accept any EoI submission nor incur expense in the preparations thereof.

1.5. This EoI will be used to pre-qualify suitable service providers who may be issued with an Invitation to Tender (ITT) However, the EoI will not result in the award of a contract.
