Your task

To support the Retail channel with a view to achieving the revenue, shipment and footprint objectives. To effectively manage the Retail Partners and all 3rd party representatives of the DHL Brand.

Your profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in the retail sector
• A tertiary qualification ( Diploma, Degree) in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
• Motivated, self-disciplined and driven with a Passion for customers
• Good analytical skills
• Computer literate: Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word/Office packages
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
