Successful candidates will be trained to market motor car insurance, property insurance, household insurance, business insurance, professional indemnity insurance, workman’s compensation and all other short term products.
Qualifications & Skills
• Degree or Diploma in business related field
• Certificate of Proficiency Short term a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Computer literacy (knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Highly organized and flexible
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
