REQUIREMENTS:
Certificate in computer studies, OR Secretarial Service Certificate, Certificate in Accounting & Business Studies or related qualification and/or above.
Knowledge of word, excel, and publisher.
Work experience in internet cafes or related environments will be an added advantage.
Training will be provided

Essential to be:
a friendly and confident personality. a smart appearance. good spoken and written communication skills. the ability to stay calm under pressure. the ability to be polite but firm when dealing with difficult, impatient or upset people. good organisational skills

DUTIES:
include answering visitors' enquiries about our business and its products or services, directing visitors to their destinations, sorting and handing out mall, answering Incoming calls on multi-line telephones , setting appointments, filing, records keeping, keyboarding/data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks, such as faxing or ernailing, bookkeeping or cashiering.
