HRDC TENDER ADVERTS

The Human Resource Development Council invites applications for the below tenders.

Tender Documents (ITT) are to be obtained from the Human Resource Development Council Office at a non-refundable fee of BWP 250.00 (Five Hundred Pula) for the following ;

1. Re-Tender No. HRDC 10/2015 - Consultancy Services to Develop the Human Resource Development Council Brand

2. Tender No. HRDC 7/2016- Supply and Installation of Blade Servers Virtualization and Data Recovery Solution for Human Resource Development Council

3. Tender No. HRDC 8/2016 -Consultancy Services to Develop ICT Strategy for Human Resource Development Council

A two (2) envelope system will be followed, in which the TECHNICAL proposal is submitted in a separate envelope and the FINANCIAL proposal in another, and the two envelopes are placed in a larger outer envelope will be followed. The technical proposal and/or envelope shall not contain any information on pricing.

Tender Proposals should be submitted in one (1) original and four (4) copies) should be hand delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked tender number and Title.

4. Tender No. HRDC 9/2016- Supply of ICT Equipment and Installation of Printing Solution for Human Resource Development Council

A ONE (1) envelope system will be followed, in which a tender document containing the bidder’s financial and technical offer submitted together in one sealed envelope.

Tender Documents can be obtained from 07th November 2016 between 0800hrs to 1245hrs and 1400hrs to 1700hrs on weekdays and at the below physical address.

Tender Proposals (one (1) original and four (4) copies) should be hand delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked tender number and Title.

The deadline for receipt of proposals will be Friday, 25th November 2016 at 10.00 am (Botswana time). The proposals will be opened on the same day at 10:10 am in the HRDC Conference Room. Bidders who wish to witness the opening are invited to attend.

Telegraphic, faxed and emailed bid proposals will not be accepted.
Bid proposals received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
