SPECIALIST, PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Role overview
Reporting to the Head, Strategy and Innovation the incumbent will be responsible for designing, planning and executing a spectrum of strategic projects to ensure quality and timely delivery within budget.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Manage and oversee the Banks’s special projects and tasks
Establish and execute project scope, objectives, constraints, assumptions and strategies.
Manage project resources in conjunction with functional Heads.

SPECIALIST, OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Role overview
Reporting to the Head, Operational Excellence the incumbent will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and implementing initiatives to promote internal excellence and standardization, innovation and optimized processes in order to derive maximum competitive advantage.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Contributes to the development of the operational excellence strategy, policies and procedures.
Optimise Banking processes and procedures.
Manage internal excellence and standardization.

SPECIALIST, PUBLIC RELATIONS
Role overview
Reporting to the Head, Marketing and Corporate Affairs the incumbent will be responsible for implementing public relations initiatives, communication campaigns and brand management policies/ programs to promote brand equity. To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance loyalty.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Coordination of all Public Relations activities of the Bank.
Prepares and edits organizational publications for internal and external audiences.
