SERVICE MANAGER - BARLOWORLD MOTOR BOTSWANA
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Dealer Principal the incumbent will be required to:
_ Manage the service department as per the Barloworld Motor and manufacturer requirements
_ Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets
_ Ensure service CVP targets are met
_ Arrange and monitor work fl ow and capacity in the department on a daily basis
_ Manage the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at optimum levels
_ Ensure good relationships with the manufacturer, customers, new vehicle sales and parts department
_ Implement and maintain value adding processes in the service department.
_ Motivate, inspire and involve departmental staff.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
_ BGCSE/O level and relevant tertiary education (Diploma in Motor Vehicle Engineering will be an added
advantage)
_ Computer literacy (Microsoft, workshop fl ow management and diagnostics) Autoline experience will be an
added advantage.
_ Proven track record in a relevant automotive service environment (minimum of 5 years management
experience in the field)
_ Drivers licence
