Job Summary
To acquire practical engineering experience through proficiency based development program in preparation for a substantive appointment to the position of Maintenance Engineer in a heavy Engineering environment.

Minimum Requirements
• O Level
• Degree in an Engineering discipline – Mechanical, Electrical, Control and Instrumentation, Civil & Structural
• Computer application skills
• Driver’s license is an added advantage

Key activities
• Acquire and demonstrate proficiency (knowledge, skill and experience) in the Engineering Discipline (Fixed Plant, Mobile Plants and Engineering Services)
• Application of Asset Maintenance Management Fundamentals
• Application of Engineering principles and standards
• Cost control and management

• Demonstrate understanding of the business chain
• Acquire knowledge on the implementation of and adherence to legal and corporate governance- principles/requirements
