Stanbic Bank is looking for Sales Driven individuals with energy,confidence and sales resilience to undertake the role of Direct Sales Agent.

Vacancies are available in the following areas:
• Gaborone
• Francistown
• Maun
• Palapye
• Selibe-Phikwe

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Direct Sales Agent shall be required to identify customer needs effectively and open new account accoordingly
• Ensure that customers are assisted efficiently within agreed timelines.
• Cross-Sell products effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A Business related degree.
• Institute of Bankers Certificate or Certificate of Proficiency.

COMPETENCIES
• Ability to listen and probe effectively to determine customer’s real needs.
• Self-motivated, diplomatic and tolerant in relaying and receiving information
• Customer service-orientated, results orientated and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Integritty and honesty
