Job Description
Provide quality claims negotiating outcomes for the Botswana Claims function through effective and efficient claims negotiations and finalization of claims.

CLAIMS MANAGER
●Answers telephone and email quiries from the brokers based on updated logs
● analyse claims and confirm cover
●Draft rejection letter if claim is rejected
●Capture /register claims
●settle claims
●recover 3rd party claims
●update e-log notes

●2 -5 years' work experience in claims
