HUMAN CAPITAL OFFICER- ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Botswana Railways invites fully qualified human resources practitioners with a good track record to apply for the position of Human Capital Officer (Organisational Development) tenable at Botswana Railways- Mahalapye. This position reports directly to the Human Capital Manager. The ideal candidate amongst other things will be in charge of the organisation's performance management system.
Main Purpose of the job:
To monitor, review and analyse Botswana Railways policies, practices, culture and organisational structure, make recommendations and provide guidance on Organisational deevelopment matters to enhance the Organisational efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. Promote collaboration of staff within the entire Organisation for effectiveness of team work and facilitate in the driving of change management in line with the Organisational objectives and advise in the implementation of training and development aspect of the Organisation.

Position Requirements:
Education: Degree in Social Sciences with specialisation in Human Resources/ Capital Management or related discipline.
Experience: Three years post qualification experience in a similar position
