CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT
Bank Gaborone Main mall branch is seeking to engage a customer sales consultant. He or she will be responsible for ensuring service delivery on customer care, card and PIN administration, cheque book control, updating deposit book register, and to ensure that reports are carried out effectively in accordance with the Bank’s policy.
Minimum Qualification, Experience, Knowledge And Skills
*A diploma in Marketing, Public relations or any other related field.
*IOB will be an added advantage.
*2 years general banking experience.
*Proficiency in Computer applications (Word and Excel)
