Applicants are invited from suitably qualified citizens for the position of temporary data entry clerks at the department of statistics Botswana. The successful applicants will be capturing data from forms/ questionnaires into a computer system. REF22/2016

TEMPORARY DATA ENTRY OPERATORS WANTED AT STATISTICS BOTSWANA

Qualification
Certificate holders in Information Technology/Computing and should be able to punch at least 50 key strokes per minute.

Work Experience:
Direct Entry. Previous experience in Census or Survey data capture. Only applicants with references of prior data entry experience will be considered.

Required Competencies
• Basic computer skills
• Keyboard speed and high accuracy rate
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and self-disciplined
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
