EMPLOYMENT IN GABORONE , END OF AUGUST 2016

Air Liquide Botswana is looking for talented and results orientated individual who can contribute to maintain the company status as the world leader in gases for industry, health and the environment.

CREDIT CONTROLLER
(tenable in Gaborone)

JOB PURPOSE:

Adherence to monthly and annual collection targets and timely collection
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Ensure that credit given to customers is monitored and also comply to company policy
Processing of payments to customer accounts in accordance with customer remittances
Follow up customers for non payment
Resolve customer queries
Generating reminder and demand letters to non paying customers
Manage relationships with other divisions to ensure that agreed upon services levels are defined and delivered in order to improve collection and solve customer queries.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Accounting Degree and ACCA/ CIMA part qualification
Computer literate
Valid Drivers Licence
SAP knowledge would be an added advantage
Five (5) years in credit control environment and in a reputable organisation (s) with traceable references.
