International senior TVET Expert (Team Leader): 18 months start: August 15, 2015
It is mandatory that the expert will have senior level in TVET reform strategy development for a minimum ten years of experience on this field, it is also mandatory a proven implementation experience in TVET teachers institutional development for a minimum of 5 years. It is desirable that the expert has TVET working experience in Africa, in particular in the SADC region and a good knowledge of current policy issues in TVET in the region for a minimum of 2 years. She/He will also be responsible for the overall coordination of the activities and the expertise mobilised. In close collaboration with UNESCO team, he/she will ensure that activities are conducted in an appropriate and timely manner.
TVET teacher training specialist (Construction sector): 5 weeks start: January 2016
It is mandatory that she/he has a minimum of five years’ experience in TVET teacher training in the construction sector. It is desirable that she/he has experience in developing and implementing innovative and learner-centered pedagogy with clear focus on practical and workplace learning for a minimum of three years. It is desirable that the expert has international experience on TVET teacher training programmes in Africa, in particular in the SADC region for a minimum of three years.

It is desirable that she/he has experience in developing and implementing innovative and learner-centered pedagogy with clear focus on practical and workplace learning for a minimum of three years. It is desirable that the expert has international experience on TVET teacher training programmes in Africa, in particular in the SADC region for a minimum of three years. The expert in Metallic construction working in DR Congo must be a French native speaker or bilingual in French.
TVET teacher training specialist (Electricity): 5 weeks start: January 2016
It is mandatory that she/he has a minimum of five years of experience in TVET teacher training in the Electricity sector. It is desirable that she/he has experience in developing and implementing innovative and learner-centered pedagogy with clear focus on practical and workplace learning for a minimum of three years. It is desirable that the expert has international experience on TVET teacher training programmes in Africa, in particular in the SADC region for a minimum of three years. The expert in Metallic construction working in DR Congo must be a French native speaker or bilingual in French.

It is mandatory that she/he has a minimum of five years of experience in designing and conducting TVET teacher training programmes with a focus on pedagogical skills. It is desirable that the expert has experience on developing innovative pedagogies, including the use of ICTs and workplace learning for a minimum of three years. It is desirable that the expert has international experience on TVET teacher training programmes in Africa, particularly in the SADC region for a minimum of three years.
TVET institution management Specialist:7 months start: August 2015
It is mandatory that she/he has a minimum of five years of experience in designing and conducting TVET teacher training programmes in administrative skills. It is mandatory that the candidate has experience on the field of autonomy of TVET institutions and partnership with enterprises and local environment for a minimum of three years. It is desirable that the candidate has international experience on TVET teacher training programmes in Africa, particularly in the SADC region for a minimum of three years.
