The Global Fundraising Support Programme sits within the Global Fundraising and Engagement (GFE) Directorate which exists to grow the people and money resources for the International Secretariat and the global movement.

About the role:

Joining the Global Fundraising Support Programme, you’ll provide full administrative support to the Director of Global Fundraising Support and other colleagues within the programme when required. Day to day that means taking responsibility for all administrative tasks, from diary management, arranging travel, maintaining records of team expenses, coordinating meetings and producing reports. Alongside this you’ll provide organizational, administrative and logistical support to deliver the Global Fundraising Skillshare conference in Europe and the Regional Skillshares in Asia and the Americas. The Global Skillshare is Amnesty International’s flagship fundraising capacity building event.

About you:

You’ll have a background in providing administrative and communications support to a team or a senior manager and have experience in liaising between teams in a large international office. You’ll bring a strong understanding of NGOs and experience in organising large scale conferences, meetings or events to a precise budget You must be an organised and efficient team player with excellent excel skills who is able to work with competing priorities.
