The successful candidates shall be required to identify customer needs effectively, sell the Bank's products and open new accounts accordingly. Further, they will need to ensure that customers are assisted efficiently within agreed timelines and cross-sell products effectively.

To be considered for the job, 1-2 years previous experience as a DSA is essential. A relevant business qualification such as Diploma is required to be considered for the role, with Accounting, Finance, Business Economics and/or Marketing as a major or a diploma from the Institute of Bankers. Good verbal communication skills are also essential, in addition, the candidates are required to be sincere, articulate and posses the ability to listen and probe effectively in order to determine customers' real needs. The successful candidates need to be self motivated, diplomatic, and tolerant in relaying and receiving information.
