The Botswana Society for the Arts is a non-profit NGO registered in 1996 to promote and develop the visual and performing arts in Botswana.
Job Description in Brief
Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Secretariat; reports to the Executive Secretary and assists the Executive Committee to plan, coordinate and execute the annual budget and projects in alignment with the organizational strategy;
Ensures that the core mandate and vision of the BSA is carried across all functions and with all stakeholders of the organization.

Results-oriented person capable of coordinating and executing multiple tasks, with proven project management experience;
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience within an NGO environment, especially in creative industries, an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft (Excel in particular), internet, e-mail and other tools of electronic communication and research
Valid driver’s license an advantage
Botswana citizens preferred.
Applicants must be prepared to work after hours when required.
