Ismail Group of Companies would like to invite suitably qualified and self-driven individuals to apply for the following position, tenable at Head Office in Gaborone.
Data Entry Clerk
Main Purpose of the Job:
Key areas of responsibility include data entry for 2 Filling Stations based in Serowe and Francistown.

Job Responsibilities
• Data Entry (with accuracy and proficiency)
• Any other duties assigned by the Senior Accountant
Academic Qualifications and Experience
• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Microsoft Excell
• A minimum of 2 years as a Data Entry Clerk
• Good computer skills
• The ability to work in a busy environment.
• Good maths and English skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• An understanding of data confidentiality issues.
• The ability to work quickly and accurately, and pay attention to detail

Competencies

The candidate should be a multi-tasker, have the ability to work under pressure, give attention to detail and very organised.

Salary
Basic but negotiable
