5.2.Minimum Requirements
•BSc relevant Degree Plus Post Graduate qualification in either Rock Mechanics/Geotechnical Engineering
•4 years Post qualifying experience, 2 of which should have been in a mining environment
•Scope Management

•Geotechnical Data Collection and Management
•Supervisory skills
•Relevant Technical Training
