Project Title: Mid-term Evaluation of the "Empowerment of Non-State Actors in Botswana (10 ACP BT 003)"Minimum requirements:

- Education at least Master's Degree Academic Level in economics, finance, Trade, Industrial Development or business administration. In the absence of the University Degree stated above, 12 years of equivalent professional experience which must be above the general professional experience duration fixed below, are required in the area of trade and/or Private Sector Development.
- At least 10 years' experience in sectors related to Trade and/or Private sector Development.
- 10 years' professional experience in evaluation of projects and programmes, out of which 5 as team leader.
- Demonstrated practical experience in conducting mid-term evaluations for EDF-funded projects.
- Experience in managing private sector development programmes is considered a distinctive advantage.
- Experience in working with public and private sector organisations is an advantage Soft skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong report writing skills
- Fluent in English
