Senior Training Officer
The role
To ensure that Human Resources provide Sandvik with training and development interventions that will ensure increased productivity and enhance future performance
Key performance areas
- Develop Training and Development strategy out of the HR Strategy for Sandvik
- Develope and Implement training & development plan
- Ensure the quality of Trainers / Providers to have required organisational impact – the quality of people is important and must have high ethical standards
- Ensure that material, tools and equipment is available to their work effectively
- Continues improvement of skill base and knowledge
Your profile
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 3 year Degree in Training and Development
- 5 years experience in the HR and Training and Development environment
- Knowledge of the organisation
- Computer literate - proven competence in Microsoft Office applications
- English literacy high
- Marketing of training
- Training and Development experience on a managerial level
- Good communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Process thinking skills
- People skills
