LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Duties and Resposibilities
To manage the Fund Legal and Compliance division and further act as the Board Secretary to the DPF Board of Trustees.In addition to being responsible to the day to day management of the legal and compliance function for the organization, you will alsoo as the internal legal resource for EXCO and Board, as well as the coordination of Fund Risk management processes across divisions.
Qualifications and Requirements
LLB with CIS or MBA as added advantage
8 years of which 5 years should be in management position
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Duties and Resposibilities
To lead, manage and provide strategic direction in the overall management of DPFs pension fund finance and administration functions, including effective benefit administration and data management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Professional Accounting qualification. Employee Benefits Administration Certificate- an added advantage
10 years experience of which 5 years should have been in a leadership/ management role preferably within pension fund administration
