Capital Bank invites suitably qualified applicants for the challenging position of -
Sales Officer
Responsible for marketing and cross selling , products and services of the bank , to customers as well as convince them to open accounts with capital bank.
Key responsibilities:
1.Participate in the branches sales initiatives by effective lead generation 
2. Undertake the responsibility of recruiting customers to open liability accounts.
3. Cross selling of the banks products and services.
4. Identify fully when to refer customers to appropriate personnel for specialized assistance eg Treasury & credit.
5.Compliance with KYC , STM, AML policies
6.Exhibit high levels of customer service.
Qualification/Experience
1.Diploma in sales and Marketing ,Business or any related field
2.At least 2 years banking experience in a similar position.
3. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
