Looking to recruit a fast learning individual, who is willing to work hard and grow with our automotive corporation for the position of a Branch Manager.

DUTIES OF THE BRANCH MANAGER

•Report to the Director
•Represent the corporation and act on their behalf before judicial, administrative, labour, municipal, political and police authorities, whether throughout the country or abroad.
•Enter and sign the corporation agreements and obligations, within the criteria authorized by the Director.
•Direct accounting processes, overseeing the compliance of applicable legal regulations
•Handle tenders as instructed by the Director
•Negotiate, enter into, amend, terminate or settle contracts, agreements and commitments of all kind, including those intended to acquire or dispose rights, real and personal property of the company, for valuable or free consideration up to the limits established by the Director.
•Represent the Company in public or private tenders

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration OR masters degree, management or a field related to their work.
•At least 5-10 years experience in the related field.
