JOB TITLE ; Administrative officer
DUTIES
*Administer and perform administrative and clearical functions of the council
*Assist in establishing and implementing office standards and procedures
*Ensure filling systems are maintained and up to date
*Ensure that staff fikes ,application and members files are up to date
*Perform human resources administration clerical duties
*Supervises junior staff
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
*Strong oganisational and management skills
*Have basic management accounting skills and knowledge
*Minimum experience of 3 years work experience in a related position
EDUCATIONAL QUALIICATIONS
Bachelor "degree in Business administration or management or B Com marketing degree
