Key responsibilities

  • Working with the Agency’s clients to secure and grow the client’s and agency business.
  • Analysing campaign results/sales data to identify trends, develop recommendations and arm account and creative teams with business intelligence to guide future media and creative development.
  • Constantly communicating with Account Executives and Clients to insure accurate reporting and understanding of market conditions that could affect business performance.
  • Initiating and guiding the development of quarterly and annual strategic marketing communications/advertising plans and tactics to address client business goals and results.
  • Meeting with clients to discuss market plans, campaign strategy, current needs, the local business situation, business model focus, current media situation and trends, upcoming market events and merchandising requirements.
  • Keeping the Agency management informed of client business results, industry trends and results and performance changes and issues pertaining to client performance.
