KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER WANTED IN GABORONE


TRAVELWISE would like to appoint a Key Account Manager for our offices in Fairgrounds Gaborone.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Develop, maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure 100% client retention and ensure supplier deals are implemented effectively. To facilitate Service Level Agreements, handle client and supplier negotiations and manage client travel policy.

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Arrange and facilitate client workshops
  • To be the link between Travelwise and the client
  • To negotiate corporate deals for clients and put in place Service Level Agreements
  • To uphold and sell Travelwise service offering and products
  • To be a brand ambassador for Travelwise and ensure smooth service to clients
  • To do client reviews and surveys
  • Client monthly and quarterly reporting – Travel Management reports, MIS reporting and Savings reporting
  • Ensure that clients compliments and complaints are logged and acknowledged
  • Support Travelwise vision and mission

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bcomm or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management
