Job Requirements & Experience
To shadow existing Territory Manager (Shell branded service stations) which will inter-alia consist of;
- Understanding, implementation and assessment of HSSE standards including training of site staff
- Understanding and implementation of sales excellence tools and processes on site
- Regular review of site performance: sales (fuels and lubes), profitability
- Site standards understanding and its implementation and monitoring
