Vacancy : Inventory Controller

Main Purpose of Job
To accurately process supplies acquisition, receipt, issuing and dispatch of stock strictly in accordance with procedure.

Responsibilities
- Issues materials to production complete all necessary paperwork for stock item issued
- Receive deliveries, materials and confirm that delivered goods match purchase order specifications.
- Receive returned material stock items, inspects and determines suitability of materials for restocking
- Conducts weekly stock counts of inventory material
- Assist in conducting physical inventory count annually

Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply

Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years experience

Competencies
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
