Service Technician
The role
- Get customer satisfaction by participating in installing, assembling, repairing, inspecting and commissioning service, considering economical and other aspects for belts systems , solidification systems and peripheral devices
- Participate in achieving and deliver results in line with SPS’ business idea and service ambition.
Key performance areas
To participate in the following tasks:
- Install, repair, inspect and commission products and equipment of different kind at customer site or own premises. Report and document results after above actions.
- Basic supervisory services for installation in according to the advices of the service management
- Basic Site management, Supervisory Services, Instruct third party personnel
- Customer training on-site
- Support the customers' product/equipment /processes by suggesting possible improvements.
- Learn how to use and maintain tools and equipment for service work
- Communication and reporting with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
- Technical training, High school diploma (Grade 12) or Apprenticeship.
- SPS E-learnings
- Experience 0 to 2 years
- Applying company’s EHS standards (Environment, Health, Safety)
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Welding certificate or experience in TIG-welding.
- Local driver’s license. Ability to travel
- English proficiency
