HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
General Purpose
Reporting to the Plant Director the incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of human resource and administration for the Company. The Human Resources Manager will lead in creating and administering processes to maximize the operational effectiveness and people strategies and ensures local and corporate requirements are adhered to.

The position is to lead the Human resource function of the organization; hence the person should have the passion to lead highly localized operations to word class performance through various means including global benchmarking.
Key areas of responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ensuring human potential of the operation is maximised & managed within company values at the same time supporting the operational goals and local legal requirements
Staffing/recruiting
Employee relations
Compensation & benefits
Employee development and training
Performance management
Health and safety.
Create strategies to support the growth and business needs of factory and to enable a positive work environment.
Coach, mentor-motivator of team
Compliance and Monitoring of the Human Resources Policies and procedures.
Qualifications requirement and Experience:
The person should have demonstrated skills and interests towards managing a high performance high skill workforce, especially through motivational means
Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
3 years or more managerial experiences, preferably in manufacturing oriented organisations, post qualification in a human resources environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of human resources disciplines.
Excellent people, interpersonal, influence, and problem solving skills.
Must be organized, detail oriented, able to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and systems.
General business acumen and analytical skills.
HR delivery in a manufacturing or operational environment.
