Learning and Development Officer
Job Purpose
​​​​To identify, plan, develop, evaluate and implement learning and development programs to ensure availability of competent staff to meet Corporation needs.

Senior Industrial and Employee Relations Officer
Job Purpose
​To provide quality Industrial and Employee Relations services and advice to employees and the business in order to foster a harmonious Industrial Relations Climate.

Senior Internal Auditor (Systems and Operations)
Job Purpose
​​To manage and coordinate the systems aspects of Internal Audit projects to ensure effectiveness of IT systems, operational and project based audits and procedures, and make recommendations regarding remedial actions. Reviews and interprets internal BPC policies and procedures, apply professional audit principles and standards to test and evaluate business systems and operational processes to ensure that internal controls, risk management practices and governance processes are adhered to, in such a manner that safeguards the Corporation’s assets and reputation.​

Wellness Coordinator
Job Purpose
​​To organise, coordinate and implement wellness and chronic illness, including HIV/AIDS, workplace programmes for the Corporation employees so as to create a supportive environment and ensure a healthy and productive workforce

Senior Human Resources Administration Officer
Job Purpose
​​​​To provide high level of HR administrative services and operational support for the day to day activities of the Wellness and Administration function as well as other members of the HR team. This position is pivotal to the operation of the division and focuses on broad spectrum of activities ranging from managing daily HR operational issues involved with reporting, communications, systems management and analytics

Talent Management Analyst
Job Purpose
​​​​​​To coordinate the implementation and administration of the Corporation’s talent management strategic initiatives and performance management as well as provide analytical support and solutions to business HR. ​

Marketing and Communications Officer
Job Purpose
​​To initiate, organize and co-ordinate Marketing and Communication initiatives in order to develop and maintain strong awareness of the Corporation’s products and services in the short, medium and long term in line with the objectives of the Marketing and Communication Function. The role holds responsibility for developing content in a range of print and online publications as well as conducting monitoring, reporting and evaluation of Marketing and Communications activities.​

Manager Audit
Job Purpose
​​​​​To plan, lead, manage and co-ordinate internal audit projects to provide Management with an objective and independent assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of Governance, Risk Management and Control Processes as well as Audit consulting services to improve operations in such a manner that safeguards the Corporation’s assets and reputation in line with set policies and procedures. The incumbent will determine the adequacy of internal controls, efficiency and effectiveness of all systems and procedures, and make recommendations on remedial action.

Learning and Development Coordinator – Technical
Job Purpose
​​To plan, organise, coordinate, control and direct technical training to meet the Corporation’s Learning and Development Plans in line with the skills and competency requirements of the business.

Learning And Development Coordinator – General
Job Purpose
​​​To plan, organise, coordinate, control and direct non-technical training to meet the Corporation’s Learning and Development Plans in line with the skills and competency requirements of the business.

Senior HR Records Management Officer
Job Purpose
​​​​To plan, coordinate and control the HR records management function to ensure availability and efficient retrieval of the Corporation’s records.​

Senior Marketing and Communications Officer
Job Purpose
​​​To plan, develop and lead the implementation and evaluation of marketing and communication initiatives under the direction and support of Marketing and Communication Manager. The incumbent is also expected to be a driver of online and offline communications within the Marketing Function, Support Operations and build effective relationships with all stakeholders to maintain strong awareness of BPC services as well as support the attainment of short and long term performance targets of the Corporation.

HR Relationship Officer
Job Purpose
​​​To support provision of business-focused, strategic and operational HR advice and services for delivery on the HR and Business Strategy of the Corporation. The role will make a leading contribution towards effective front line service delivery by Human Relationship Function, working directly with HR Managers through interpretation of HR policies, practices and employment legislation as well as provision of advice across a range of operational HR activity including employee relations, workforce planning, health and wellbeing, performance management; and guide managers in handling people management, industrial relations and change processes in support of HR Strategies and delivery of the business plan.

Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Job Purpose
