MANAGER: INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, and responsible for the design and execution of the infrastructure development plans and projects, financial management and budgeting, property management and vendor SLA management. business continuity management end reporting

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• A tertiary qualification in Facilities Management or related
• 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management
• Three (3) years related experience in the banking industry will be on advantage
• Has adequate knowledge of construction methods, building products and techniques
• Ability to Budget
• Excellent Numeric and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Problem Solving and Negotiating Skills
• Self-Confidence and Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent Leadership end Planning Skills
• Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Planning and Organizing Skills
• Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Effective Networking
• Eye for Detail
