3.ASSISTANT MANAGER: INTEGRATED FACILITIES
3.1.Job Purpose
The facilities Assistant will support the Facilities Manager in all aspects of service delivery. The Assistant will support Implementation of the improvements plans that will encompass a consistency in the delivery of Facilities services, policy and procedures across all functions.
3.2.Education and Experience
•Bachelors Degree (Engineering and Property disciplines)
•Proven facilities management experience and customer service skills
•Experience in planning and scheduling of repairs and maintenance
